hi jeff,

sometimes we have significant delay in the time from uploaded-via-FTP
to the time that the item is ready.

the 2 biggest kinds of delays are due to:
- overloaded/sluggish disks on our main FTP server
- minor glitch in setting up or running of tasks on our back end

i am responsible for finding most all items having issues like this and resolving them. so if an item slips into this state, it can take me a few hours to find it (in case i'm asleep, etc. 8-)

anyway, looks like it resolved itself w/o me, so i suspect it was just the system was a bit slow for a short period...
